The effect of mindfulness on stress

We are now looking for participants between the ages of 18-64 for a study on the effect of mindfulness training on stress.

The study includes 4-6 weeks of daily sessions of either mindfulness training or cognitive training. Additionally to that, there will at one occasion be a stress test that includes mild electric shocks that the participant individually sets to a level where they are experienced as annoying but not painful. Further, participants will also answer questionnaires about their mood.
